superb riverside retreat
free boat breakfast options
i spent four nights here and the staff were really good. the free boat service to iconsiam was a great perk. the breakfast had many options and i liked the noodle bar. it was nice to have the ferry stop right at the hotel for easy access to the area.
The gym was crowded. A larger space or more equipment would improve this amenity.

there are two pools that were kept very clean! the hotel offered a convenient free shuttle boat to iconsiam. a ferry stop is located directly at the hotel which is very useful.

my room had a beautiful river view which i appreciated. the bed was comfortable and allowed for restful sleep. free water was provided in the room on a daily basis.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of food items. i especially enjoyed the noodle bar and the soup lady was very kind. the head hostess always provided a warm welcome, which i appreciated.

This location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. the hotel sits directly across the river from iconsiam. the river city is close, offering excursions. I recommend the ayutthaya and market tours.

The location allowed easy access to transportation options. the complimentary shuttle boat service to the shopping center was convenient. It ran frequently!

free shuttle boat various options unfriendly staff high price
the hotel offered a free shuttle boat every 30 minutes. this boat provided easy access to iconsiam. breakfast had many options available (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
the front desk staff was not friendly. i asked for a meter taxi to wat pho, but there was no meter upon arrival. i was asked for 500 baht, a price much higher than expected (it should have been closer to 200 baht).
